PropEdge LLC Cookie Policy
Last Updated: September 27, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how PropEdge LLC ("PropEdge," "we," "our," or "us") and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies on our website at propedge.biz (the "Site") and in our Services, and the choices available to you. This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and remember information about your visit. Cookies set by the website you are visiting are "first-party cookies," and cookies set by other parties are "third-party cookies." "Session cookies" are deleted when you close your browser, while "persistent cookies" remain until they expire or are deleted.
We and our service providers may also use similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts, software development kits, and device identifiers. In this Cookie Policy, we refer to all of these technologies collectively as "cookies."
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies in the following categories:
| Category | Purpose | Consent required? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Essential for the Site and Services to function, such as page loading, load balancing, security, fraud prevention, authentication, remembering your cookie preferences, and processing form submissions and demo requests. | No. These cannot be disabled in our systems, although you can block them in your browser, which may cause parts of the Site or Services not to work. |
| Functional | Remember choices you make (such as language or region) and support features such as embedded scheduling tools, video, and chat widgets. | Where required by law. |
| Analytics and performance | Help us understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are visited and how long visitors stay, so that we can improve it. | Yes, where required by law. |
| Advertising and marketing | Used to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and to show relevant advertising on other websites. | Yes, where required by law. |
Our current practices. As of the "Last Updated" date above, we use only strictly necessary and functional cookies, including those set by our hosting provider and by third-party tools embedded in the Site (such as scheduling, video, or payment tools, where used). We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share personal data collected through cookies. If we begin to use analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before placing them.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Certain third parties whose content or tools are embedded in the Site or Services, such as our hosting provider, scheduling tools (for example, Calendly or Google Calendar), video players, chat widgets, and payment processors (for example, Stripe), may set their own cookies when you interact with their content. These third parties use cookies in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies, and we do not control those cookies. Stripe, for example, uses cookies to process payments securely and to prevent fraud.
4. Cookies in Client Websites and Chat Widgets
If a Client embeds a PropEdge chat widget or form on its own website, the widget may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage to maintain the chat session and deliver messages. The Client that operates the website is responsible for providing any required cookie notice and obtaining any required consent for its website, including for the widget.
5. Your Choices
Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse, block, or delete cookies through their settings. The "Help" section of your browser will explain how. If you block or delete cookies, some parts of the Site or Services may not work properly. Blocking cookies on one browser or device does not block them on others.
Consent tools. Where required by law, we will present a cookie banner or preference tool that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies and to change your choices at any time.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Where required by applicable law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for the browser from which it is sent. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
Industry opt-outs. If we use advertising cookies in the future, you may also be able to opt out of interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
6. Retention
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for the period set by the party that placed them, generally no longer than thirteen (13) months unless you delete them earlier. Personal data collected through cookies is retained in accordance with Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. The updated version will be effective as of the "Last Updated" date above. Where required by law, we will seek your consent to new categories of non-essential cookies.
